Another fund buys Jack Wolfskin; Hell quits

Jack Wolfskin has changed ownership after a couple of months of negotiations with various bidders. Blackstone, the private American equity firm, is taking over the “Paw.” The sellers, Quadriga Capital and Barclays Private Equity, which had reportedly paid about €93 million for the German outdoor brand, plus assumption of debt.
