Net income increased by 67 percent at Globeride for the six months ended Sept. 30, reaching 1,977 million yen (€13.72m-$17.08m). Operating income increased by 29 percent to ¥3,161 million (€21.94m-$27.31m) as revenues went up by 13 percent to ¥39.51 billion (€274.18m-$341.34m) at the Japanese company, formerly called Daiwa Seiko.
